Compact design

All body made of stainless steel. Safety light grid is installed in the product pick-and-place area to protect workers. Meets CE standards. The movement of components are driven by a Clean Room Grade (Class 10) slider and hygienic rquirements are undoubtable.
Setup is quick and easy
Intuitive menu design for easy operation. Multiple sets of cutting parameters can be stored in databank. Parameters, system monitoring, and simple troubleshooting messages are all displayed on the HMI screen.
Cutting speed is adjustable
Different cutting speeds can be set according to the different compositions (features of layers)of each cake. Even cakes with hard, crispy, fluffy layers or filled with nuts or fruits can be perfectly cut.
Stable cutting performance
Equipped with a titanium alloy cutting knife, connected to Swiss-made ultrasonic components, it has automatic frequency tuning and energy compensation mechanism. Stable energy output and longer service life are guranteed.
